Digital Projects: Add a product setting to define which tab should be active on load.

Previously, if the Submission Package tab and the Comments tab were both active for the same case status, the Submission Package tab was displayed first when Digital Projects was opened. Some customers prefer to display the Comments tab first, allowing the applicants to check comments before uploading new submission files. A new option in Admin > Settings > Digital Project Coordination > Tab Activation (enableCommentTabPrecedence) lets a system administrator configure the Comments tab to display before the Submission Package tab.

Extend the Recent Cases list to 50 records.

In Avolve Mobile and in the main DigEplan application, the Recent Cases list has been extended from the current 10 cases to 50 cases. A new Max Number of Recent Cases menu controls the default maximum number of cases displayed in the list. This setting is found in the Admin Guide > Settings > Core Settings > View.

The DigEplan feature service content is not being updated.

Issue: If a new case is created from the permit system's connector, opened in DigEplan, then is updated from the permit system's connector, the most recent updates to the case are not reflected in DigEplan.

Cityworks coordinates are displayed in Web Mercator coordinates.

Issue: Cityworks coordinates are displayed in Web Mercator coordinates instead of X/Y coordinates, preventing them from being mapped.

Using undo/redo with markups prompts an error in the console.

Issue: Using the undo or redo tools after performing a markup action generates a console-only error, but there is no change to the user interface.

There are inconsistencies in the stamp preview images.

Issue: Inconsistencies with stamp preview images include:

• Stamp dialog box > Select stamp tab: Some of the stamp images are not fully visible.

• Stamp dialog box > Configure stamp tab: In the preview panel, the stamp appears distorted because it has lost the correct width x height ratio.

The Department names are not sorted alphabetically in the menu for the Filter Markups.

Issue: Department names are not sorted alphabetically in the drop-down menu of the Building Accepted Report > Filter Markups dialog box, but the names are correctly sorted alphabetically in the Departments selection list.

Markup measurements menu is not fully visible in compare right panel.

Issue: The markup measurement menu is not fully visible in compare mode's right panel. For example, two pages are using a split screen comparison. The page with a scale displays on the left side of the comparison, while the page without a scale displays on the right side. The user is prompted to select a scale for the page in the right panel. When the user chooses a scale and closes the Set Default Page Scale dialog box, the measurement menu is not fully visible near the right side of the page.

The Keep Window Open check box does not work for user interface stamping in Compare tab.

Issue: If the Keep Window Open check box is enabled in the Compare tab, it does not reopen once the stamping process is finished.

The list showing which markups will be migrated is incomplete; the last row is not visible.

Issue: The total count of markups to be migrated and the total count of markups that will not be migrated (located at the top of the Migrate Markups From Earlier Submission dialog box) does not agree with the number of markups listed in the main part of the dialog box. (The last row is not visible.) Nevertheless, the correct number of markups is migrated.

Cannot Autostamp from Batch Stamp dialog box.

Issue: In the Batch Stamp dialog box, when a user enables Autostamping and selects at least one stamp tag, the SAVE button displays instead of the NEXT button. This prevents the user from continuing to configure the stamp.

Batch Stamping: Page-embedded rotation is not applied when a user previews the stamp tags.

Issue: When stamp tags are applied on files with embedded rotation and then previewed in the Batch Stamp dialog box, the stamp tags appear rotated. The stamp tag preview should honor the position and orientation that has been applied to the file.

Stamp export fails if one of the selected stamps does not contain any data fields.

Issue: If a use tries to export several stamps, including some that do not contain any data fields, the entire export process fails.

Admin: Settings filter persists when switching modules.

Issue: In Admin > Settings, if a filter is applied using a keyword in the filter field, that filter works correctly. However, when a user navigates away from that page and then returns, the filter originally applied in Settings persists.

Plans tab: Activate/deactivate sheet menu options are not displayed correctly.

Issue: In the Plans tab, the activate/deactivate sheet option needs to be clicked a second time to update correctly.

Spelling needs to be corrected for Download Options.

Issue: For Download Files > Download Options, the user interface spelling needs to be corrected for Link Expiry from Day's to Days.

Copying an Area Measurement markup by dragging it to a different page crashes the viewer.

Issue: If a user tries to move a Area Measurement markup to a page where the scale has not been set, the viewer crashes. To address, this, a notification message, "Please calibrate the target page before moving measurement annotations." has been added.

Area measurement calculation issue

Issue: If an Area Measurement is created then amended before saving it (by clicking away), the very first version of the measurement area value is used in calculations. Any further updates are ignored.

Filter pop-up opens behind the Info panel.

Issue: The filter pop-up box is partially hidden when the Info panel is open, when the full screen list is displayed, and when the last available column is opened.

Digital Projects V2: Problems with messages for adding and submitting responses.

Issue: The informational messages displayed in the Digital Projects V2 Comments tab are incorrect for various setting configurations.

Stamps: Updating a list data field in the left panel affects the way menus open.

Issue: After the user configures settings for the predefined stamp page data field, the menus are opened incorrectly. Anything in the tab header, column filter, and column settings will be loaded beneath the left panel.

For grid presets, the name character limit validation is not working.

Issue: For grid presets, there is a 30 character limit for a name; however, a user may enter a name longer than 30 characters and save the preset.

Digital Projects V2: Zooming in a file is not applied correctly in the View File dialog box.

Issue: When a user opens the View File dialog box (available in the Submission Package tab, next to the delete file option) and zooms the view, the zooming is not applied correctly. Although the file zooms in the view, the zoom level in the zoom drop-down menu is not updated, and the zoom previous is not activated.

Coordinates source error is displayed when accessing a user folder.

Issue: DigEplan user folders do not load because of a coordinate source error.

Insert Tag operation is not working on migrated Stamp tags.

Issue: Stamp tags that are migrated to another document cannot be inserted. The issue is specific to migration because stamp tags work as expected when the stamps are not migrated.

Case report does not pick up the department in the file name.

Issue: A case report does not pick up the department in the file name, even though the department is correctly picked up in the Document List and when a case report is generated as an Excel file.

Digital Projects V2: Deleting a file moved from one card to another returns an error.

Issue: In the Card View, if a file is uploaded into a card that does not have a selected file type, moved, and then deleted, an error is generated when that file is saved.

Webhooks: The “Triggered At” time stamp displays incorrect / future time.

Issue: The Triggered Webhooks section shows an incorrect "Triggered At" value, including a time stamp that displays a future time relative to the user’s current local time. Additionally, the same webhook entry displays different times for different users.

The Migrate Forward button can be used while a user is in the middle of migrating markups, resulting in duplicates.

Issue: When users migrate an earlier submission, they might click Cancel and then try to migrate the submission again. If there is a large number of markups being migrated, running the same process twice might create duplicates.

For an embedded iFrame, the “Closed panel” / “Normal view” controls disappear on Plans and All Markups tabs after a user clicks the Full Screen list icon.

Issue: When DigEplan is embedded in an iFrame, the “Closed panel” and “Normal view” icons disappear after the user clicks the Full Screen List icon. After this occurs, the icons are not visible on the Plans tab or the All Markups tab, but they remain visible on the Documents List tab. A user must switch to Documents List and then return to regain access to the controls.

Digital Projects V2: Switching from List View to Card View and back affects the layout.

Issue: When loading the List View in Digital Projects V2, the console error "ERROR TypeError: Cannot read properties of null (reading 'info')" is triggered automatically, when loading a folder. If the user switches from the Card View to the List View, an unnecessary vertical scroll displays and the uploaded files table is limited in height. Also for List View, when you upload a .PDF package, the info message is displayed along with the error message; only the error should be displayed.

Digital Projects V2: Users can manually enter free-text in Doc Type field instead of being restricted to a configured list.

Issue: In the Submission Package tab of Digital Projects, Public users are able to manually type arbitrary values into the Doc Type field (for example "jpg") instead of being restricted to searching or selecting from the configured list. While users may enter free text to search through the document type list, they need to select configured list options to use as input.

Sharing symbols takes an extra step than when sharing a preset.

Issue: The workflow for sharing symbols has been adjusted to match sharing presets by removing an extra Share icon at the top of the Symbols panel. Once users click the Share icon on a symbol library folder and select a symbol, the panel updates to allow them to select Departments and Users for the sharing.

Stamp is not visible on the file if the cache was previously cleared.

Issue: The stamp is not visible on an editable file if the cache was previously cleared. This issue does not occur if the cache is not cleared just before adding the stamp.

Digital Projects V1: Missing “Use Page Numbers for Sheets” option.

Issue: In Digital Projects V1, when Split Sheet References is OFF (and the UI correctly defaults to Use Bookmarks), users do not see the Use Page Numbers for Sheets option even when the admin setting "allowPageNumberForPlansSheets" is enabled. That option exists in Digital Projects V2 > Admin > Settings > Digital Project Coordination.

We have added a description for "allowPageNumberForPlansSheets" to be included in DigEplan Review and Digital Projects Version 2 and encourage customers to use Digital Projects V2 to resolve this issue.

Download does not show markups if they were added when language set to Dutch.

Issue: Downloaded documents do not show complete markups if they were added when the language has been set to Dutch. The document will display the markups, but the comments are not visible.

Responses for General Comments are not available right after creating a General Comment.

Issue: If a user creates a new General Comment and adds a response while the Responses tab is open, that response is not available until the screen is refreshed.

Stamp text font size is not adjustable outside of the existing array of values.

Issue: The stamp's text font size values can only be those listed in a hard-coded array of values. The user does not have an option to manually input text size values.

Multiple User Interface notifications are displayed for xxllnc (Data Mask) process.

Issue: When running the xxllnc anonymize process, two user notifications are displayed: Process Finished - Anonymize (xxllnc) and Process Finished - Data Mask result. The second one (with old redaction provider name) is displayed when the callback process is finished.

DMS username and password are not cleared when switching off the "Authenticate with permit system credentials toggle."

Issue: Changes are not saved when editing an existing user and switching off the “Authenticate with permit system user credentials“ toggle.

Digital Projects V2: List View has a layout issue for the Files tab.

Issue: In the Document List table (List View), the check-box column is too close to the border of the panel. Left padding should be added to that column.

Issue: The entries are displayed in a grid format in multiple columns and rows with one letter in each column. The content should be displayed in a readable format.

Admin BPE: The right panel (with the process details) is displayed incorrectly at certain width.

Issue: In the Admin BPE, the right panel (with the process details) is displayed incorrectly at certain width. For some of the entries, when opening the details panel, the panel is not displayed correctly (it looks like its position is continuously shifting left to right). This issue is probably dependent on the width of the right panel, and it stops when the user manually re-sizes the panel.

Issue: When the user applies a stamp to a stamp tag, the date format does not match the format selected in Admin > Core Settings.

Date not updating correctly when stamping.

Issue: If a user updates the date by using arrow keys before they begin the stamping process, the stamp adds an incorrect date.

Admin > Core Settings: The date format uses the wrong format.

Issue: The menu for the date selection displays an incorrect format in Admin > Core Settings.

Tyler (Energov) - client ID and client secret are hidden incorrectly for Connector Administrators.

Issue: The Connector Admin view should include client ID and client secret. A new base config. field (sensitiveFields) hides these fields from anyone other than System Administrators.

Digital Projects V2: Comments are missing and have pagination issues.

Issue:Customers might encounter missing comments and pagination issues. After a software fix, the system now calculates the number of comments that fit on the first page and applies the same count to the remaining pages.

Because comment lengths are not the same, there might occasionally be some extra space or a scrollbar. When the page is resized, pagination automatically resets to page 1 and recalculates how many comments fit per page.

Auto-stamping tag fails due to no permission to access the department.

Issue: The auto-stamping tag fails because the user does not have permission to access the department. Errors in the logs suggests the department is returned as null from client-manager.

Stamp Date field subtracts one day when a date is manually typed.

Issue: The Date field for a stamp shifts back by one day when a user manually types a date into the Date input field. This issue does not occur when the date is selected from the calendar/date picker.

Decos-Heerenveen: Updates for a name does not save the new name.

Issue: When the Name field is edited using the Pencil icon, the updated name is not saved.

The "All Open Document Comment Responses" report fails when the status filter is set to "Open, Closed" ("OPN, CLD").

Issue: The "All Open Document Comment Responses" report fails when the status filter is set to "Open, Closed" ("OPN, CLD"). An error message states “Cannot run report, because all markups are filtered out.” When the same report is run with Status = Open ("OPN"), it generates successfully.

Font size value is not displayed in markup library after being selected.

Issue: When textual markups are added to the markup library (preset or symbol), and the font size is selected from the Styles tab, the chosen value is not displayed in the drop-down menu unless that value is selected twice.

xxllnc (DataMask) process name needs to be updated in Dutch version.

Issue: DataMask has been updated to xxllnc in EU environments per a customer request. Therefore, the process name in Dutch needs to be Anonimiseren (xxllnc) to match the English version Anonymize (xxllnc).

GetTime error displayed when a markup preset is added.

Issue: When a markup preset is added from a markup on a file, a harmless console error is displayed. The preset can be saved successfully, and no other issues are observed.

Font color is not available for area measurements label in the style panel.

Issue: Font color is not available for area measurements label in the style panel. The style options from the style panel and the ones from the markup presets section should be the same for each markup type. To ensure consistency, Font color was added in the style panel and Font size of max 45 was added for both the markup library and style panel.

Digital Projects V2: The view resets to the first page after resolving a sheet error on another page in the Check File dialog box.

Issue: In the Check File dialog box, the view should remain on the page where the user fixed a page error instead of resetting to the first page after each error is resolved.

The user notifications panel is opened behind the Markup library section.

Issue: When the Markup Library section is opened, the user notifications panel is not visible (it opens behind the markup library component).

User Interface: English label translations missing in CCS (Connector Config parameters) for the Saltbox connector.

Issue: English label translations should be added in CCS for the Saltbox connector.

Date and Date&Time custom data fields in stamps are displayed as text type after import.

Issue: If a user exports a stamp with Date and Date&Time custom data fields and then imports them into a connector where those data fields must be created during the import process, the data fields are displayed as text.

Line measurement preset style options are missing.

Issue: In the Markup Library, some of the style options for a line measurement markup are missing when compared to those available in the style panel.

Salesforce: Error is generated when getting the Case ID using the case number.

Issue: The issue logged in LD-9974 (Salesforce : error getting case Id using case number) has been reintroduced in Release 7.1.

Merged documents report are updating the FileName field but not updating the Name field.

Issue: The merged documents report is not updating Name field. Both Name and File Name should have a suffix applied to the document.

The AI-set page scale is not preselected by default in the “Set Default Page Scale” dialog box.

Issue: When the page scale is set using the AI scale detection feature, the Set Default Page Scale dialog box opens with the Manual option selected instead of the AI-suggested scale value.

Global Admin: Broken delete confirmation modal for system notifications

Issue: The System Notifications cannot be deleted from the Global Admin application, because the delete confirmation dialog box is broken, and the user does not have access to the OK and CANCEL buttons.
