PDF Extraction has been updated to pick up the PDF as well as its attachments and/or markups during the extraction process.

Esri Updates: Improved the Esri login experience and provided a way to prevent an ArcGIS from automatically loading in the Case Data tab.

Previously, users who did not have an Esri account or did not wish to log into ArcGIS experienced an infinite loop of the Esri login panel reappearing.

Now, if a user clicks Cancel in the ArcGIS login panel, the Case Data tab opens (using only DigEplan login credentials), but no ArcGIS map displays.

If the user later decides to work with ArcGIS functionality, they may click the Reopen ArcGIS Map () icon in the top right corner of the Case Data tab to open the ArcGIS login panel and sign in. (Enable ArcGIS must also be turned on in Admin.)

Additionally, users have the option to control the display of individual ArcGIS maps in the User Profile panel. Click the User ID icon in the top right corner of the DigEplan window and toggle Load ArcGIS Map on or off.

If a user tries to add an image to a file that is not classified, the Stamp dialog box opens instead of an image selection dialog box.

Admin Edit User Panel: User fields (name, email, phone number, etc.) should not be editable for Single Sign On (SSO) users.

Error message boxes related to markup filtering do not close properly.

Multiple error message boxes related to filtering markups are displayed in the view. If the user clicks the X icon in the corner of one message box to close it, the other message boxes also close.

In Compare mode, the file is not correctly loaded after the view has been re-cached.

Related issues include markup tools becoming unavailable, icons in the header are grayed out, and page navigation icons in the footer do not work.

Digital Projects V2: Tooltip error messages and associated links are causing problems with file uploads.

When uploaded files fail the file check process, displaying the actual error as a tooltip sometimes conflicts with an associated link that informs the user why the check failed.

Usability improvements to resolve error message issues include:

• The specific error description displays as a tooltip, and the link from the "Failed File Checks" message has been removed.

• If a file fails an antivirus check, the info icon (Cards View) has been replaced with an X icon.

• Error messages display in bold for files that fail an antivirus check, are corrupted, or are password protected.

• An issue where comment responses could not be submitted because the current status for a folder was not listed has been resolved.

Stamp progress bar does not update if the case file is closed after the stamp is inserted.

Additionally, moved the Progress Bar was to a better location to improve the user experience.

Extracting files from a PDF Package has been disabled for Shared With Me folders.

Because Shared With Me folders work as a collection of shared individual files, uploading files is not permitted. Therefore, extracting PDF Package files is also not allowed.

Case Data / Shared folder panel takes too long to close if new users are added to the list.

A backend update improved the speed for adding new users.

Document Compare Mode: Migrating markups between files in different cases / folders while using Compare is no longer allowed.

Canceling Print when the viewer is set to full screen mode causes the full screen mode to exit.

If Print is canceled while the viewer is in full screen mode, the viewer exits full screen mode. Additionally, the footer in the file being printed disappears from Print Preview. A forced screen refresh has addressed the missing footer problem, and the full screen issue has been raised with a third party application.

Problems with grouped stamp selection occur when the All Markups tab is active.

When the All Markups tab is active, users should not be able to select individual stamps unless the stamps are ungrouped.

The following behaviors have been implemented:

1. When the All Markups tab is active, all stamps in a group are selected.

2. When the All Markups tab is active, and a new stamp from a group in a different file is selected, only that single stamp is selected.

Document Compare Mode: Copied text pastes twice using the Split mode.

When using the Split mode in document comparison, the copied text is pasted twice into the markup area's text field. (This does not happen in using the regular screen display.)

Digital Projects: The online help cannot be accessed if an external token is used.

This issue does not occur if the help is accessed using an active DigEplan session.

Sharing behavior between symbol and preset libraries is inconsistent.

In the Preset Library list view, if a user clicks the Share icon, the Share dialog box opens directly. However, in the Symbol Library list view, if a user clicks the Share icon, the Symbol Library opens first, and the user must click the icon again to access the Share dialog box.

Document Compare Mode:Migrating comments in the Info Panel is inconsistent when the MIGRATE button is used.

The comment carousel randomly skips around in the comment list as it advances to the next comment.

The normal (full screen) list of buttons do not display if the panel is closed before the document loads into the viewer.

If a department has been deleted or made inactive, sharing a Preset or Symbol Library generates numerous errors.

The user cannot easily recognize that a certain department has been deleted or made inactive. The solution is to label that department. For example, the inactive department now displays as Planning (Inactive).

The content of the chosen standard text is not used if the option to "insert as free text" is active.

Digital Projects: During resubmission, the previous submission file should be listed in the Select "Previous Submission Document" dialog box after new files are uploaded.

Digital Projects: The Files tab does not display the correct User ID in the Submission Package details box.

After the first submittal of a file package, the Submission Packages details box displays the Created User instead of the User ID in the Files tab. After the user responds to a comment, the Submission Packages details box correctly displays the User ID in both the Files and Comments tabs.

Digital Projects: (Mozilla Firefox) Only part of the status error message text displays in the link for the upload status error.
