Overview

DigEplan™ is a fully integrated electronic plan review solution that enables the plan review process to work within your government platform, creating a seamless link into your existing portal, document management, workflow, and tasking.

DigEplan is a cloud-based application. Google Chrome is the recommended browser, but Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and Apple Safari browsers are also supported.

Key functionality includes:

• Case information and the associated documents are read from the permitting application and displayed in DigEplan.

• View any supported file type.

• Plans and documents can be analyzed, annotated, measurements taken, and compared with previous versions.

• Generate Interim reports for a selected Discipline / Department. They are automatically stored against the associated Review.

• Generate final review reports containing all the public markup entities and review results. Set report to Passed or Failed to easily track their status.

• If corrections are required, the correction comments can be closed on the document in DigEplan, and any remaining comments / markup entities will be copied to a subsequent document version.
